The project is an extension to the existing "Strazhite" hotel, but may operate separately.

It includes conference hall for 450 people that can be separated into three smaller halls.

The project includes technical equipment for conferences, concerts, theatre, different events and exhibitions; restaurant for 120 people, bowling center, shops and offices.
